1. You can change the copy count under the copy settings in your Lexmark device.
2. Power off the printer. Tap and hold the Go and Return buttons at the same time.
3. Turn on the printer and release the buttons. Now the printer prints the Performing Self Test page and modifies the copy count.
4. Go to Diagnostics and check the page count.
5. Tap Return and select the Preview menu. Choose the Reset Maintenance Count option and press Select to set the count to zero. Print a test page and complete the setup.

I bought used mpc4500. Counter counts 2 clicks for 11 x 17 copy. Ricoh service tells me there is no way to reverse that setting back to just one click per 11 x 17. Is this true?

doubtful its true, but it is a standard practice to set up the machine to count 11 by 17 as 2 clicks because it is 2 pieces of 8.5 by 11 which are counted as 1 .... GET IT ?

Wrong count

FYI, if copy 1 side of A4, then is count as 1. If both sides, count as 2.
If copy 1 side of A3, then is count as 2. If both sides, count as 4.
That's the default settings on the MFP.

If u want to be copy 1 side of A3 and count as 1, u need to adjust the setting mode.
Press 08 and ON MFP, Enter 346, change "1" to "0".

My hp 1320 prints multiple copies instead of one copy

Go to "printers and faxes."
Right click on your printer and select "Printing preferences."
Select "Advanced" tab
Double click "paper output"
If "Copy count=2" then change to 1 and apply
IF IT ALREADY IS SET TO 1 THEN:
Set "copy count=2" then APPLY
Repeat the above and now set "copy count=1"

The process of setting and resetting the copy count fixed my issues.
