You have done something wrong on the BIOS part of your system that's why it installed jumber in its inappropriate mode or setting which is against the normal setting of the system. To solve this please or recall what part of the BIOS that you mistakenly configured or in any installing activity you have done. Then try to check out the changed data or setting in the BIOS.By the way BIOS is the first to start up in your system, you may access it by pressing "delete" commonly. If you haven't recalled the previous activity you may contact the management or visit the website of Intel motherboard. That's all I can help.

SOURCE: When i start my computer it opens up with the BIOS

Have a look here especially page 37:-

http://download.intel.com/support/motherboards/desktop/D845GVSR/SR_English.pdf

you will have to open the case and check the correct jumper position.

sounds like you need a higher wattage power supply!! meaning if you have a 500 watt power supply and it burned up then you may need a higher wattage power supply!! try a 650 or 750 watt power supply. there is only 4 screws holding the power supply in place, just un-plug all internal power cables and remove the screws and do the reverse with a new power supply. please go slow the connecting internal power cables are keyed meaning that they only fit one way!!! DO NOT FORCE THE PLUGS INTO THEIR SOCKETS OR YOU WILL BLOW UP YOUR MOTHERBOARD!!! sorry for the caps!

Good afternoon, i had recently purchased intel i3 2100 processor and DH61WW intel mother board .. i want to know the reason why my pc is getting turned off itself when i am not doing any work and...

Regarding this issue, if you're using Windows 7 operating system, try checking the power options, *that is by going to start > control panel > power options (view by large/small icons). By default, the operating system is set to turn off the Computer after 30 mins. Try changing your desired settings. Hope this helps.
