I would go to the manufacturers website and check your model number. I am a plumber and do this frequently for different pumps and other things. Most of the time you can download and print the manual. Just look for literature or manuals.
The seal is bad so get the model number off the engine and the manufactures name as well. You did not state the name of the manufacturer of the engine so I can not reaaly tell you were to go to. Coleman does not produce engins. It can be a Tecumseh or a Briggs & Straton or ?? The yellow pages will list this under lawn and garden equipment or go on the web
85 volts represents residual voltage. It is possible that your unit sat for an extended period and lost it's magnetism or the excitation system failed under load. check your manual for a procedure to "flash the field".
