If you remove the drain tray, there is another plastic cover with screws. remove that too. inside on the right side you will see a black box with a yellow round cap. peel the cap off then you can see a screw. there is also a label that describe the direction of rotation. adjust it there. this is to adjust the pressure of steam. as your machine is increasing steam pressure, it also increases the water temp.

Hello. We had the same problem, after about 20 cups, the hot water would not stop running out the steam nozzle. The problem is either a faulty Solenoid or a blockage stopping the solenoid from closing. We ran the steam for 5 seconds, then stopped, then steam, then stopped, then water, then stop, and it seemed to clear the blockage. Alternatively, you may need to get the solenoid replaced.

Either the brew solenoid is bad or the shower screen is blocked or the metering jet on the top of the head is clogged.

Has the machine been in cold storage? If no then the inlet solenoid could be the culprit. There might be sediment keeping the valve open.
