It sounds to me like you might have tripped the GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter) or tripped the breaker. Go get a small lamp, radio, or other small appliance to plug into the same outlet. If they don't work, you have no power. The outlet you are plugged into may not be GFCI, but an outlet upstream may be. Older GFCI's were very prone to false trips. Newer models have indicator lights that either glow green when the power is on or glow red when they are tripped. If this doesn't pan out, go check your breaker box. A tripped breaker will have some room to move the toggle toward the on position. If you find one like this, assuming the kitchen circuit isn't marked, flip to off, then back to on. If none of this works, go buy a new toaster oven (assuming it doesn't work in an outlet in another room).

SOURCE: What does error code E01 mean on a Breville toaster oven and how do I get it fixed?
An E01 error is not usually an error that you can fix. First, unplug the toaster oven for 30 minutes. If the error recurs, then the oven's control detected an internal fault. If the toaster oven is under warranty (one year), contact Breville Consumer Services at (866-)273-8455 or [email protected] . If the toaster oven is not under warranty, it's probably better to replace the toaster oven. The cost of shipping and the minimum repair diagnostic fees are probably more than a new toaster oven.
I hope this helps.
