please call the engineer from which you have purchased the EPBAX system to congiure the same. It happens if something is wrong in line card at the exchange or the extentions are not configured properly with the Key Telephone System.

Usually there are codes for call forwarding and forwarding cancel. I always program up *8 for call forward and #8 for call forward cancel. On your phone try a few numbers. First try *1 make sure you are on a phone with a display. Read the display and see what it says. If it is not what you need hangup. Then try the next number *2. Remember the #_ is usually the cancel.

As Kakima said, it's with your phone provider. If you have trouble with that, you can always set your voicemail to a temporary one telling the people who call you to call your cell phone number. Good Luck!
