firstly download a good anti virus and spyware programme for example AVG 8 Free.
Antivirus 2008 needs to be removed in safe mode (press F8 on start up) and select start windows in safe mode, choose windows XP, then choose the administrator account and the run the anti virus then restart your pc
Ive had the same problem. I read something about gettin the phone unlblocked via carphone warehouse or something. I think its a ******* joke that you cant modify it to what you want. I think i might end up putting in a complaint. Tis not fairrrrrrrr.
