Puk code, personal unlocking key. It is sim card related / spesific, if
you take the sim card out from the phone, the phone will work with
another sim card.
The puk comes up when the pin code has been
entered wrong 3 times. To get the puk code for your sim card, you have
to call the service provider of that sim card. They are the only ones
who can provide you with the right puk code for that sim card.
The PUK code comes with the SIM of your phone. if you lost that piece of paper where the PUK code is written, ask your network provider if you have post paid or line, otherwise, you need to go to cellphone shop where your phone will be connected to a PC and there they can reset your phone

PUK Code PUK stands for Personal Unblocking Key. This is a unique eight-digit code specific to your SIM card. Go to the Phone/Device page.
From the My Phone/Device screen, select the Unblock SIM Card link under the My Make & Model heading.
The Unblock SIM screen will display your PUK code and will give you instructions for unblocking your SIM Card.
Once you receive your PUK code, you will need to enter it into your phone to set a new PIN code.
