I cannot find the puk number or 8 digits puk code and i need to unlock my phone(huawei y7)
Contact your service provider! They are the only ones that have your PUK code other than you!

Hi, we can't tell you the puk code, you will need to contact your service provider. EG O2, Vodafone..... They will give it to you. You can do it online with most service providers.

I had the same problem, first off let me tell you. DO NOT TRY TO UNLOCK THE PHONE. Don't try and guess the code or anything like that. If you get it wrong more than 10 times, your SIM card is wiped forever.....let me say that again FOREVER. Call the service line with another phone and they'll be able to give you the code to unlock it.

PUK refers to Personal Unblocking Key. This is a Code which
is offered only by Service Provider. There is NO charge. Call up the
service provider and ask for the same and they would be glad to offer
that.
Note - If you enter 3 incorrect PUK codes, SIM would be permanently damaged.

if you are on a locked contract you can not unlock it . if you are out of contract, contact your provider and they will give you the code . otherwise there are a number of these unlock services available if you look up unlocking cell/moblle phone services, shouldn,t pay anymore than $2 to $5. ,hope this helps, regards terry
