SOURCE: dishwasher not working

The motor may be burned out or there may be another electrical issue which would also cause the symptoms you describe. Call around and try to get an estimate, and at the same time look at new ones on sale.............one question is how secure will u feel with that maching......now that it has acted up like this.

SOURCE: My washingmachine stopped working and gave off

Had one similar to this about three years ago. That burning smell would be the belt that runs the washer. Relatively easy to repair. You'll need make and model number to get the right replacement belt. Once you have it, get up under it, remove the old belt and put the new one on the same way. The belt will go around the pulley on the bottom of the washer drum, the motor and the tensioner. This should solve your problem. If you need more help, please let me know.

SOURCE: Bosch Dishwasher Classix

I've had the same problem TWICE. It seems the natural vibration of the machine loosens wire nuts and leads to the problem. Soldering the connection and then placing a yellow wire nut over the soldered connection works fine to stop the problem. This machine has a electric water heater to sterilize the dishes and draws a lot of power, near the limit of the connection, more than a standard dishwasher. I called Bosch twice about this problem, only the second time when I stated that my lawyer might call them back did they admit that there is an issue with the vibration of the machine leading to the wire nut becoming loose and suggested I solder the connection. Great dishwasher, lousy customer service. They have know about this problem for years.

SOURCE: Laser guide on Bosch 4410L miter saw is off.Can it

I looked thru their onwers manual and the parts breakdown and find no reference to adjusting the laser. I would recommend calling them direct at 1-877-267-2499 for assistance. I wish I have better information but this is all I can find. Good Luck

Bosch 4410l mitre saw has no power. New switch. New brushes. I cleaned carbon off the commutator and it fired once and quit. Good power from plug to motor

Beware on a high temperature that ruiin the motor house and can be bad in a very short time by the over-temperature of the electric field if it has no good RPM a bad armature to measure the collectors also measure there must be a balance between the 2 field coils of the electric field should be measured exact the same resistance . and all collectors measured between 2 over 2 also the same resist, if 1 or more collectors are bad then is there no balance in the armature and no driving speed without sparks. and its become hot in very strange situations.

Black and Decker 8 1/4" Compound Mitre saw stopped working..power one cut, nothing the next. Did the motor burn out or could it be something else? There was no smoke and no ozone/burning smell.

Could be a soldered or crimped connection internally has parted with the vibration. If its under warranty, take it back. If not and you feel competent enough to take it apart look first at the trigger switch then the motor wires. If its a duff joint it should be obvious. If its all together then get someone with electrical knowledge and a test meter. If the saw is old and had a good life, check the motor brushes for wear. If too low the motor will stop. They are easy enough to change. On a side note most of B&D stuff is chinese and much poorer quality than before. I would recommend Bosch or Makita in the DIY range.Bosch professional / Dewalt for the pro.

I lost my manual and need to adjust the bevel settings

Make sure its a compound mitre and not just a mitre saw. The check in the back for a round knob with degrees marks on it, theres your adjuster.
