It's the speaker. Try connecting to much larger speakers. They must be amplified speakers...

SOURCE: High Pitch Sound From Samsung TXN3071WHF 30" TV

I think its the flyback and its starting to leak. this is a component responsible for the high voltage of your tv set. always observe safety in dealing with this. Have it check by a qualified technician. Good luck!

SOURCE: Sound from monitor speakers distorted and high-pitched

Sounds like an inverter problem. If the power supply is internal replace the capacitors coming out of the voltage regulators. These are usually 1000mf and/or 470mf. If that doesn't do the trick look up the numbers on the 8-pin chips that drive the secondary transformers on the inverter to see if they are getting the right voltages.
Good Luck!

Can't get any sound?

* Check your sound (earphones) plug if it's plugged all the way in. Most CPUs now days don'e come with a built in speaker.
* If your using a laptop (with built in sound) then check the menu for your hardware set up and check if the internal (or if your using external speakers/head phones then select external speakers. You many need to identify and select the type of speakers; headphones, small, or large speakers.
* Check settings for the type of sound you want; normal, theater (simulated).
* Check if the blue tooth is on. This should be off if your not using bluetooth head phones or blue tooth speakers. Your internal speakers will turn off anytime the blue tooth is on AND connected to a blue tooth device.
* If this is a TV? Especially a newer 'Smart' TV then go to the menu and check the sound set up again. There are many choices on how sound is broadcast to a speaker or sound system. Many of the newer TVs have speakers as an "Option" and must be set up during the initial install. (This is because your basically setting up a computer/TV/sound system when before it was just a TV - no computer.)
* If this is a older TV connected to a cable box. Especially an old analog (tube) TV then you must contact your cable company for a digital converter box. (or just get a new "DIGITAL" TV for High Deffinition that your paying for but don't have an HD TV to watch.)
* Did I cover everything? DVDs, VCRs, CD players, all have separate A/V (audio/video) cables that must be check or replaced. Photo/IR plugs and cable needs to be checked if they seat properly in socket. Replace or up grade to better cables.
* Finally, If your playing a digital movie on a computer and you get video but no sound (or no vid but got sound) then the app or program your using is not able to decode the video properly. Try using your web browser to play and/or search out the correct player for the format your using. Harder, you may need to find a video converter to a more common format.

How do you fix a plug on a stack o matic turntable

I suspect this plug is the power connector. If you can't find a replacement plug, it would require the two wires to be connected inside the other unit.

It might be best to take it to a Crosley repair dealer.

High Pitched ear ringing sound coming thru somewhere up front by navigator system

Some things I would check are do you have blue tooth in operation. Do you have any form of michrophone in the cab as it sounds like a feed back problem coming through your speakers. Talk to a radio techie to see what he thinks

My Crosley CR40 makes a humming noise whenever it begins to spin on its own. It sounds like a cat purring. Note: this product is brand new.

Check all the cables and connections IE to the cartridge. If the problem continues contact the dealer who sold it you.
