Have you tried a different output cable? I know, it seems simple, but it's often the problem. If you have and the problem remains, I suggest calling the manufacturer to see if there is a known problem. Many manufacturers have a website & service number for resolving problems with their products.

Maybe plug in a set of headphones and pull them out again. It could be that the switch in that jack is stuck. And also check that the volumes for the different parts are not set to low. Maybe first check volume upper part and lower if you use split keyboard. I have a BK-3 myself which is playing very well since ...eh.. 2015 if I remember correctly. SOURCE: no sound gpx klc8806dt

Hello, i have fixed a few of these units, Mainly the problem is, is the crappy design inside, take out all of the screws from the bottom of the unit, be careful when pulling the top cover off cause the battery unit on the side is detachable and could be stuck and u can rip the wires off the system board. now you will see the 2 speakers, take a razor blade and carefully cut away the glue that holds the speakers in, and there may be little white plates with 2 screws that hold the speaker down also. Now take the speakers out and test them on a home entertainment center or a cd player that has red and black connectors for speakers in the back. See if they work first, if they do carefully reconnect the speakers to the motherboard and reseat the connectors back in with ease. try the unit again. if it doesnt work check the solder joints where the connectors attach to the motherboard, sometimes they will come loose. From my expierence with these units is they tend to jam the speakers inside so tight that they eventually stop working, so be sure to only use the connectors to hold them in.

SOURCE: My speakers stopped working. Cannot increase the

I fixed a similar problem I was having. It requires a little work.

Take out the four screws from under the broken speaker. Carefully remove the cover, separating the speaker from the base. The two are wired together so don't pull them apart with force. Then remove the single screw, which is much larger the the previous four, and separate the speaker from the top cover.

If you chose you can remove the wires from the speaker, they just snap on, but its not required.

What I found is the speaker issue is not with the wire or the power, but the speaker it's self. On the back there is a big round metal piece. On my speaker that piece was pushed towards the front of the speaker. When I looked at the good speaker, that big piece was all the way back. So I simply pulled it back and presto, instant fix!

I hope this works for you.

SOURCE: sound coming from speakers is very quite. must

check your manual for a quiet mode, or reset factory defaults. it might be stuck in "attenuator" mode, where sound is muffled, in case you're answering a phone.
Good luck!

This sounds like a power problem .. It may have a switch mode power supply... turn it on and listen if you can hear a faint clicking sound ... maybe the switchmode power supply is not switching on properly.

The sound is not working on my Hitachi L42Vc04U tv

Before you assume the set has a audio problem here are some other possible causes to at least explore:

Speakers in the set (menu) are switched off.

Volume and set and or box turned way down or muted.

Internal/external speaker setting set to external

Audio works with a DVD etc connected to rear a/v jacks

Set suffered a power outage=unplug set and boxes and wait--plug both back and see if fixed or not.

Set does display on screen audio level or not--same for a box if used.

Check all audio settings in set and box carefully

If all these fail do you hear a hum or very faint audio from the speakers?

Creative Inspire 5200 system won't work

Hi. Check your speaker system with a different audio device like iPod or any MP3 Player using the same jacks. If the speaker system gives out sounds then nothing is wrong with it... if no sounds come out, then you know what I mean...

Try to replace the speaker of your sub-woofer... maybe that can fix it!

CD player JWIM JX-CD589 spins a disk, no display, faint sound

Unless this is an expensive machine replace it. There will most definately be an internal problem. It will most likely cost you most just to have the machine taken apart and inspected then it would cost to replace. Sorry...

No sound from stereo

If you can hear a hiss then the spkrs and amp are OK. It sounds like you're not on whichever source you're wanting to hear or it is on mute. Make sure ther is no function enabled that turns the sound off or over-rides it (like a tape monitor or AUX in...).

I hooked two Receivers up in series a Technics SA-DX930 and a different kind I'm not sure wut kind. They worked great for a while, but when they got turned up a little louder they both quit puting out...

you blew your power amp board, you cannot hook them in series due to impediance matching and improper input levels, cheaper to replace reciever than the board
