Master reset for ZTE phones - ZTE Cell Phones

If you own the phone. You could do a master reset.

Master reset from settings menu

A master reset restores the original factory settings and may delete your personal data on the internal storage, such as downloads, ringtones, images, apps, contacts, and Visual Voicemail. It does not delete data stored on the SIM card or SD card.

1. From any Home screen, tap Apps > Settings > Backup & reset > Factory data reset > Reset phone.
2. If your phone is password protected, you'll be prompted to enter your Pattern, PIN, or Password.
3. Tap Erase everything.

A master reset restores the original factory settings and may delete your personal data on the internal storage, such as downloads, ringtones, images, apps, contacts, and Visual Voicemail. It does not delete data stored on the SIM card or SD card. If the device menus are frozen or unresponsive, you can master reset using hardware keys.

1. Back up data on the internal memory.
2. With the device turned off, press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons until the ZTE logo screen appears, then release.
3. Press the Volume down button to highlight wipe data/factory reset.
4. Press the Power button to select.
5. Press the Volume down button repeatedly until Yes -- delete all user data is highlighted.
6. Press the Power button to select.
7. Wait as the device resets.

Hello, i sugest a Data Master Reset...
Settings >Backup and Reset >Data Master Reset.
You'll have all sorts of junk on your phone from its last owner until you do :-)

You need to contact your service provider, as the phone is master reset, you need to install the internet setings on the device again. Also check if the data plan is active on your device after the reset.
