Bad outgoing sound on LG gpad f2 8.0 using Hangouts dialer to make calls

i found the solution on the internet:

I've had this problem with mine. It got continually longer and other functions seemed to be running slower. At worst, it took 40 seconds to hear an outgoing call. I cleared the call log and that helped and it seemed to get slower again as the log got longer until I cleared it again.
I think the call log might be getting loaded in the background and using more resources as it gets larger but that's mostly a guess.

Car kit mode means one of two things, first it could have a piece of lint or paper stuck in the charge port making it think there is a car kit plugged in, or second it could be that some moisture got into the port and its giving a indication that something is plugged in. and thats why you're not getting any sound. There is no specific setting to turn on or off 'car kit' mode you can use a paper clip or something and mess with the port a little bit to see if 'car kit' goes away or replace phone

2) clean the OPU (optical pick unit) with DVD lens cleaner
3) try it.
4)otherwise you have internal electronic component defective, amp,filter, muting.

Check your microphone levels, if it is windows machine this can be found in Control Panel under Hardware and Sound, on a Mac it is in the Preferences pane. On some machines because of the type of microphone they do not work well for calls and you would be better off getting an external microphone.
