it sounds like you just need to have a 1-hour plus power cycle of the oven before it stops the reset loop that it's on. So after leaving it unplugged for 1 hour, you will plug it back in. However, I would use a different power source than you've initially used to eliminate that power source as the potential cause of the error that you're experiencing.

Fagor appear to be a poor quality brand of oven. I also cannot get the timer to turn on the oven. I am going to find out how to bypass it as I dont want to wasre more money on such bad quality machinery. T P Kennedy
From the symptoms you describe, I would say the oven thermostat is faulty, and in need of replacement.
