SOURCE: My nokia E71 will not pair up with the Supertooth

I had the same problem as you. I took the following steps to solve it.

- Powered off both devices.
- Turned on the Supertooth by holding the powerbutton until light alternates red/blue.
- Turned on phone, enabled bluetooth.
- Went to Connectivity->Bluetooth->(right)->options>"New paired Device".

It finally managed to pair the device.
Had to enter pincode (0000, which is default for all supertooths).

Hope it helps.

The bluetooth wont work on anythink

hello there, what is the make and model of your cellular device. Bluetooth permissions change from device to device, often enough only phone calls are allowed to be transmitted to other Bluetooth devices regardless of what type of device it is, if that's the only outgoing Bluetooth service your cell phone allows, this may or may not be the case we cannot even get into particulars because I do not know what type of device that you have also would like to know what did you do to try to connect, did you toggle the Bluetooth setting on, are you sure that the devices that you're attempting to connect to work, are you actually trying to use a service that the device offers? Is the phone new? Have you ever been able to use bluetooth?

Can't pair it with controller. I bought a white ps3 controller from hong kong. it will turn the system on but thats it, no buttons work. At first I thought it was because the controller was from overseas,...

if the ps3 reads ps2 games then it's a 60 gig,and has 4 usb ports rather than 2...if the controller works on a buddies machine and the machine freezes,it probly needs a service.

Bluetooth proplem???

HI friend, first of relax and you don need to be sorry for anything bcuz not everyone knows every thing like me I don know how to cook but still I try and thats the spirit. Ok now to your issue.
As you told me that the bluetooth sends msgs on its own,it usually happens in case you have a virus either on your cellphone's virtual memory or external memory card.
What you can do here is that you can get cellphone memory and the external memoryas well scanned by an antivirus or u can also format the whole memory either by using a PC or on the phone itself.
Or at times even a flash operation will do which you can get it done from any Nearest Nokia Care.
This will surely solve your issue!!!
Thank you for giving me a chance to help you out:):):)
And please vote/rate me so that I can improve myself and be of more help to you:):):)

W700i mobile have less power for bluetooth

Hey buddy this is the problem with your bluetooth antenna. I think you have given the phone for service in some local service centres. Your bluetooth antenna is misplaced. Just give it to any authorized service centres of sony ericsson. They will fix it. If it is lost you have to pay rs 550/- for a new one
