Want to return letscom band how do I and where do I send

The only place you can find an original band is through the actual vendor. Try this.:

Email:[email protected] Your only hope to find a band is if someone is selling like watch on Ebay, craigs list, etc and it is in new condition. Hope this helps.

No need to send it anywhere; the band is generic and any decent jewelry store should be able to replace it.

Or you can go to the website and find out where to send it either directly, or you can download the manual.

look for a tag store near by. if u cant find one most jewelry stores with a shop (not in a mall) can either do it there or send it out. sometime the band can be fixed

go to skagen.com they have cheap replacement bands for your watch you can even send it in and they will send it back to you like new.

Take a small flathead screwdriver, or maybe a metal nail file and pry up the catch.DO NOT pry up by placing the tool on the rod used for hooking the clasp side to this side. Just stick in the metal piece that is folded over ( it should have a little notch in it) and pry it up. If you still don't understand I will be glad to send you a picture later on today. Call the Warranty/Parts and Repairs number on the left and they should be able to send you a new band to take to a jeweler to replace, or you can send it to them and they will fix it for you (with 4-6 week turnaround, however).  I got a 75003 watchband replaced, but I imagine you can get every band replaced.
