Good day So I had a parcel sent from the UK to SA and it had 15000 pounds. This amount was then not declared by the sender and I didn't know that the excess has to be declared until I was notified.

You will need to google flora day to find the right place where you purchased the parcel .

Most likely it is a scam. Do you know the sender? or are u expecting any parcel from someone you knew? if not, please disregard it.

If the parcel is being sent through a courier, you'll need to contact either the vendor or the courier, because they, the sender, will have to change the destination address. Sometimes a fee will be charged.

I think you need to ask friends and family, not the internet world.

What email client are you using? Most online e-mail (Yahoo mail, Gmail, etc.) have a spam filter that you can declare and any future sends from that source will be sent to the garbage. In Outlook, go to Actions\Junk Email\Block\Add Sender To Blocked Sender List.
Now all email from that sender will be blocked. Outlook Express should work in the same way, but I am not sure since I do not use it. As far as removing your email address from the sender, you will have to figure it out, I can't help you with that.
