How to create a new Apple ID on your iPhone or iPad

1. Open the Settings app.

To recover your iCloud password, you can do the following steps on iPhone and iPad, which is the simplest way.
Step 1. Tap on your iPhone/iPad screen to open the Settings app. Then scroll down to tap on "iCloud".

Step 2. After entering the "iCloud" interface, you can see the option Forgot Apple ID or Password?. Tap on the option and you'll have two choices:
A. If you know your Apple ID (An Apple ID is the personal account you use to access Apple services like the App Store, iTunes Store, iCloud, iMessage, the Apple Online Store, FaceTime, and more. It includes the email address and password you use to sign in.)and cannot remember the password, then you can type in your email address and click "Next" to start the process to recover iCloud password.

B. If you forgot your Apple ID, tap on the Forgot Apple ID option and fill out the following information: Last Name, First Name and Email to recover the Apple ID, then click Next.

Note: You are supposed to answer all the security questions which is relevant to your Apple ID, and then follow the directions shown on the screen to complete the process.
After answering all the question, you can finally reset the iCloud password and then log in as usual.

Im not exactly shure how you find someone reliable but you can do this yourself.

Not sure what type of irregularities you are experiencing, but as long as your phone has not been jail broken it should be secure! If there is data corruption causing the system to act irregular then you should make sure your iCloud is backing up your contacts, calendars, reminders, safari bookmarks, notes etc. Then do a restore.

A quick way to tell if your data is in iCloud is to goto www.icloud.com and login with your Apple ID, and check for your contacts in the address book. It must be the same apple ID that is in your phone under Settings, iCloud. (You should see the email address at the top) On your phone in iCloud settings make sure contacts, calendars, reminders, safari, and notes is turned on if it's not. If you had to turn anything on verify that it has had time to sync with www.icloud.com before you wipe your phone.

NOTE: Depending on how long you have been in the Apple ecosystem you may have multiple Apple ID's. One for purchases and one for iCloud. Check this before you wipe your phone and write down the appropriate accounts. To find your iTunes & App Store account goto Settings, iTunes & App Store. Make note of the Apple ID at the top of the screen. If it is the same as your iCloud account life is good.

You can always restore it to brand new.
You need a computer with iTunes and the charghing usb cable.
Before restoring make sure that the Find my iPhone app is off, otherwise after restoring it will give you the very same wrong email.
Once that is off, connect the ipad to the computer and click restore.
Once restore is complete, at very end you will be prompt with 2 questions:
1. Set iPad as brand new
2. Restore from (your name) back up.

At this iem you can choose either one, because Find my iPhone is off. And now you can change the email address.
It is your best option since it is way too difficult without restoring it.

How to manually set up iCloud mail in Windows, Android, BlackBerry, and more

1. Launch the Mail app of your choice.
2. Add a new account.
3. Enter the following IMAP server name: imap.mail.me.com
4. Toggle SSL encryption to On or Yes.
5. Set the port to 993.
6. Enter your iCloud email address as the username, using @me.com instead of @icloud.com - example: ally@me.com.
7. Enter your iCloud password.
8. Enter the following SMTP server name: smtp.mail.me.com
9. Toggle SSL encryption to On or Yes.
10. Set the port to 587.
11. Set Authentication Required to Yes.
12. Enter your iCloud email address as the username, using @me.com instead of @icloud.com - example: ally@me.com
13. Enter your iCloud password.

This should work with most mail programs, such as Thunderbird.

-Tap merge or don't merge to sync iCloud data from safari, reminders, contacts and calendars
-Tap OK to confirm that find my iPhone is turned on

Your iCloud ID must be an existing email address. If you entered in an email address that is not your own after selecting a specific option to get an iCloud email address and use it for your Apple ID, then you must log in to appleid.apple.com:
Apple My Apple ID

You will edit your Apple ID & Primary Email address there. The new address must be an existing account you have at another email provider. This is the most common cause of this problem. If you did all of that correctly, and have not gotten the verification email, then the Apple ID website will have an option to re send the email.

In order to sync your Notes between your Apple devices, please use the following steps:

• Go to your iCloud settings and sign up for an @me.com email address.
  
• Once you have an @me.com email address, write a note in the Notes app on your iPhone.
  
• Go to the iCloud website and open up the "Mail" application
  
• Underneath all of your email folders (Inbox, Sent, etc.) there should be a folder called "Notes"
  
• Open that folder and read your note!
