There are a wide range of batteries that will have the same 1500mAh capacity that you need, but may not fit in the case for the R207-Z.
If your battery is no longer holding a charge, the best bet is to take it to a battery specialist who can open the case without breaking it and see if they can replace the internal cell, since this device was not designed to have the battery replaced.
You can also just get an external battery of the same capacity and attach it to the existing connection. It won't be pretty and will be a little bulkier than what you have now, nit will give you the portability you had before.
