HiSense TV flatscreen model 55K3110PW - Audio won't turn down from 100%. What to do?

Hello, Ll Lee, it is very possible that you have the sound problem on the Main board
You can do a test, you TV, it has Digital Audio output, if you have an audio amplifier, with Digital Audio input, you could interconnect it and hear if the fault also occurs, if you do not, you would have an option to listen to the audio of the TV and if the failure continues, that would indicate that it is the Main board
You can look for it online and replace it or else go to a specialized technical service

Hola Ll Lee, es muy posible que tengas el problema de sonido en la placa Principal
Puedes hacer una prueba, te TV, tiene salida de Audio Digital, si tienes un amplificador de audio, con entrada de Audio Digital, podr?as interconectarlo y escuchar si tambi?n ocurre la falla, si no lo hace, tendr?as una opci?n de poder escuchar el audio del TV y si sigue la falla, eso indicar?a que es la placa Principal
Puedes buscarla por Internet y reemplazarla o sino dir?gete a un servicio t?cnico especializado

There could be a few different problems. You should first narrow down the possibilities. If you are playing the mp4 file directly from your laptop try changing the source. Put the mp4 on a usb drive or on a playstation/xbox or simply on a dvd. Try playing the file through one of these other sources. If the audio no longer lags behind the video than its likely an encoder setting that your Hisense doesn't handle well. If lagging is still present on all your sources then change the type of cable. If you are using HDMI try RCA or vice versa. You can also separate the audio from the video. Try using a VGA cable between your laptop and TV for the video and use a separate RCA to 3.5mm headphone jack for the audio, Most Flatscreen TVs have dedicated audio inputs for different video inputs. Try out these different set ups and you can determine if the problem is with the TV the Laptop or the cables in between. If it is the TV you may have a problem with the main board but this is unlikely especially if the audio video sync works fine with other file types.

my children messed around with the remote and now i can turn the tv on from the actual tv but from the remote when i press channel up or down or hdmi buttons it turns the tv of.. remote model en-33926a

there are a number of possible reasons. Could be bad capacitors or reasons like the one described here (involved replacing a chip) or many other things.. Better have it checked by a professional or give us a better description of the problem to narrow things down.

Take it to a servicer with proof of purchase or back to the store. You will get it repaired for free or get a new TV.
