I am not familiar with that cartridge, but most hardware stores and plumbing supply houses should have Moen parts. #'s 1224, 1225, 1200 and 1222 are the cartridges I'm familiar with.Bring the part with you.

Hi, Try the #12001 It may solve your problem check to see if diameter is the same size.

Change the whole fixtures. Moen is one of the worst brands.
Kholer is way better.

Moen makes a stem removal tool that angages the 2 ears on the outer portion of the stem. You can order from Moen:

Or your local home center or hardware store should have one in stock if they carry Moen parts.

The Moen 1225 or 1200 cartridges are the same except the 1200 is brass in stead of plastic. They will fit most Moen single handle faucets. If it is a two-handle faucet, the 1224 cartridge will fit most two-handle models unless it is a fancy widespread faucet more than about 15 years old. I don't know the model numbers for those cartridges. All of these cartridges require a removal tool if you can't get them out with a pair of pliers.

If it is a different cartridge, try searching that site for the specific number of your cartridge for instructions.

The old MOEN single handle faucets like youve described usualy took a 1200 or 1225 cartridge. Both are available at most of your big home improvement stores. The answer to your question is yes MOEN parts are still avail. Hope this helps. If this advise is helpful, please give me a vote.
