The wireless keyboard keys like j , k and l responds to 1, 2 and 3 which it should do when fn key is pressed.the above function is working properly in other laptop but not in msi .how do i fix it?

usually this means you are having a critical keyboard error. if its still under warentee then take it back but if not then just look for another keyboard for that model on ebay.

Sounds like your number lock is on. Find the key with blue lettering that says 'Num Lk' (or something very similar). Press Fn and that key, and your number lock will be turned off and your keys will go back to normal.
