a very rare PC, not sold in uSA.
here are the 2 PCs sold outside USA.
named both Pegasus.
hard to find but here they both are.
if your PC is laptop, say that first.
desktop remove left panel (after line AC cord pulled first)
see the coin cell , replace it.
laptop (no books to find so...)
Line (AC) cord pulled
Bighuge battery remove now.
then.
1: remove all bottom hatches to find a coin.
2: with hatches open remove all cards seen in sockets there, RAM/WIFI/etc to see if coin is seen now,?
3: next is try to pull the keyboard as a unit. with bottom of laptop screws off for KBD pull. if missing said screws that means the keyboard, is part of top or has very custom top of PC kbd, latches, only a service manual disclosed how.
4: still no COIN cell seen?
so we remove top from bottom sections.
using screws or snaps, as the situation applies.
after all the service manual covers this but not for TOY grade PCs like this. ever.
5: and the really hard PCs the mobo needs to be removed next to see it's bottom side and fully hidden COIN cell is seen.
there you go the 5 steps all techs know.
and how not to wreck ribbon connectors of 3 types (skill sets there)
if dutch PC why not ask them, contact the factory there speak dutch and ask them.

Why do you want to overclock it? Have you changed the cooling system? Overclocking might fry your processor if the cooling cannot keep up with the heat. Does your motherboard support overclocking? The option might be locked. There might be a jumper on the board that you have to mingle in order to enable that setting.

The style of power supply is different from a universal power supply. A universal power supply won't fit in the slot properly.

A. By Using the Motherboard Jumper:
In most motherboards CMOS battery is soldered, which makes it difficult to remove the battery. In this case we use another method.
Almost all motherboards contain a jumper that can clear all CMOS settings along with the BIOS password. The location of this jumper varies depending upon the motherboard brand. You should read your motherboard manual to check its location. If you don't have the manual then look for the jumpers near the CMOS battery. Most of the manufacturer label the jumper as CLR, CLEAR, CLEAR CMOS, etc.
When you find the jumper, look carefully. There will be 3 pins and the jumper will be joining the center pin to either left or right pin. What you need to do, is remove the jumper and join the center pin to the opposite pin. e.g. if the jumper joins center pin to left pin, then remove it and join center pin to right pin. Now wait for a few seconds and then again remove the jumper and join the center pin to left pin.
Make sure to turn the PC off before opening the cabinet and resetting the jumper.
B. By Using Software:
I have found that BIOS/CMOS Password Recovery Tool is the most effective.:
BIOS/CMOS Password Recovery Tool is a program that works instantly to remove any lost or forgotten BIOS/CMOS password. Simply boot your PC to DOS and execute the program, and get access to forgotten BIOS/CMOS passwords in just seconds
