I’m trying to charge my buds for the first time. I charged the box. Now when I press the charge button on it to charge the buds, it’s only stating on for maybe 20 seconds then goes out. Is that the way it’s suppose to be or do I have a defective charger?
1. Check Your Computer Status: If your computer status changed to hibernating the charging will not work properly.
2. Try Charging Using Wall Faceplate Power Source: Try this option after trying different USB ports on your PC just to be sure whether an issue exists with your computer USB port.
3. Check the entry points (headphones and power source): Whether it is clear of any debris or dirt, as this could prevent clear communication between the two devices.
4. Check that the USB is correctly inserted: Into the headphones and power source ports.
5. Try Different USB Charging Cable: If you have another USB cable that is suitable to connect to your Bluetooth charging port just to clarify whether the issue is from your current charging cable.
6. Ambient temperature exceeds the charging temperature range: If you are charging your headphone battery within an environment temperature of more than the charging temperature range of 5 °C - 35 °C (41 °F - 95 °F) then this could be the reason why it is not being charged.
7. Your Bluetooth Headphone Might Be In Programming Mode: Some Bluetooth headsets have programming mode which accidentally might be turned on, do not worry about that, a simple fix can be applied by re-plugging your headset to your computer and repair it again.
8. Hard Resetting Your Bluetooth Headphones: Sometimes Resetting your Bluetooth Headset can solve issues you do not think it could solve, batteries that not being charged is one of those issues.
9. Updating Your Bluetooth Headphone Firmware: Some Wireless or Bluetooth headsets have an updatable firmware which by updating it can solve issues like its batteries not being charing.
10. If Your Wireless Earbuds are broken, change to a new pair: See some recommendations in this post:

SOURCE: why won't the battery stay charged
Maybe the battery didnt work out of the box. I am not familiar with this tablet. Check the documentation on how to turn it off and also to see how many apps are running. The more you have, the shorter the batteryclife

Are you using original charger. And I you do and the problem keeps poppig up. Then its the battery its damaged. Replace it if you can.

Its probably because of your tablets power source. If you have used your tablet very often then it will begin to cause the battery to drain more quickly and it will also not fully charge. It could also be a problem with your charger. There could be a short in it or something else that would cause it to stop charging the device at a certain point. The tablet isn't powered by a removable battery so don't try to open up the back and tear out any circuit that you think is the battery as this may cause even more damage to your tablet. If you have a warranty on the device then try taking it to the store you bought it from and see if they can help, but if you don't then be prepared to spend some cash. You could also take it to a tech store (if you know of one) and maybe they could run a diagnostic on the tablet to see what's wrong. If you're trying to charge your tablet while its turned on it could also be the amount of apps that you have installed on your device. Apps can actually cause put a strain on the battery and cause it to preform poorly. Try to avoid large apps (apps that take up a lot of space) because they can actually cause the device to run slower and it will also force more power to be drained from the battery which in turn will keep the battery from charging fully while its on. Try either one to see which one works for your device.
