Check to see if the drain at the bottom of your freezer is plugged. When the refrigerator goes on defrost, the water has to go somewhere. Look below the coils in the freezer section and see if there is ice in the drain.

The water on the floor below the freezer door is due to an inadequate door seal. The door is not closing completely, either a foreign object at the bottom, or more likely, the freezer door gasket needs replacing.

try checking the tube that water drains out , it could be plugged with crumbs or old partials of food and causing the problem, This has happened with my fridge at one time , affecting the defrost cycle of the freezer and dripping water out of the door, The tube was located under the crisper in the back of the inside of my fridge, Hope this solves your problem

SOURCE: Freezer door is leaking water at the bottom of the door
This sounds like the defrost drain on the freezer side is stopped up causing the drain to freeze over then eventually running out on the floor during the defrost cycle.
If you can see ice on the bottom of the freezer floor, then this is likely your problem unless your ice maker is leaking from the top of the freezer.
Locate the drain at the back of the freezer and thaw it out using hot water. Using a screw driver or other object gently push down into the defrost hole and dislodge whatever is stuck there.
An air hose with good air pressure may also work well. When the drain line is clear you should be able to pour water through it freely.
