21:13 says that the Service Station failed to move.
Power down and unplug it from the wall. Wait a little bit and plug it in and power up.
Make sure that the Service Station path is clear.
Run the Service Station diagnostic test.
In the Diagnostic Menu, scroll to 8. Service Station and press OK
The front panel will show the 8. Service Station submenu.
In the 8 submenu scroll to Service Station and press OK to start the test.
Could have bad Service Station or Print Mech.
There could also be something impeding the movement of the Service Station.

kindly choose the service which you want and tell them that you have called g.e but they fail to respond you properly,they will then ring the service centre where they didn respond you and your problem will be solved...all are toll free numbers....

did you try installing newest drivers from intel/gigabyte website? what you described looks to me as a overheating problem. try running the game with case open. are you running on the integrated GMA graphics or PCI-E graphics card(like geforce, radeon)?
