I've got MY65T working on an iPhone 3GS. I previously had the problem where it would pair and retrieve phone book, but not transmit or receive voice from my iPhone when making a call.
The last thing I did that fixed it was to remove the bluetooth pairings and "reinstall software on your navman". I don't know if this may remove some of your settings / POI / etc. This was a new purchase so I didn't have anything to lose.
Before doing this I had upgraded the navdesk software to 7.30, and installed the latest firmware for MY65T. Firmware is located at http://www.navmansupport.com.au/Software/My%20Series/MY65T/MY250___352.htm
Details: -remove the phone bluetooth pairing from the Navman from Settings / Bluetooth / My Paired Devices / [your phone] / delete -remove the bluetooth pairing from your phone's settings -connect navman to PC and launch navdesk -click "My Navman" / "Reinstall software on your Navman" -download the install file if prompted -accept the reinstallation prompts and complete reinstallation -set your phone to discoverable over bluetooth (just keep it on the Bluetooth settings screen on iPhone) -go to Settings / Bluetooth /" Search new devices" on your Navman -click your phone's name on the navman's discovered devices -enter the PIN onto your phone when prompted and accept the pairing. This takes a little while. -test handsfree!
1. Connect Navman GPS to PC viamini-usb cable.
2. Go to 'Start'
3. Go to 'My Computer'
4. Open the 'Navman' folder
5. Open the 'Database' folder
6. Delete the following file only- 'dababase.db'
7. Close the folders
8. Disconnect the mini-USB cablethen restart the Navman GPS by sliding the switch to 'Restart' then back to'On' after 10 seconds. The unit shouldstart & the database.db file will be re-generated automatically.
have you not got a set up disc ?? if lost try emailing navman for new one or down load, check if you have only switched the functions off on gps unit or search pc if old file in in the desktop
i get the same on two of the same here only thing i can say is their tech support does not work and their customer service is next to none but perhaps they have turned off the satelite signal so that the 320's wont work anymore so that people have to go out and buy another 1 or perhaps the aliens shot down the satelite
I don't have this lappy, however, most newer BIOS settings show an option for a term such as "wireless state" or "Radio status" with options such as on, off, last state. The setting of "last state" should supercede any upgrades or conflicts downloaded after initial settings. Set the BIOS setting to last state and then switch it on. All subsequent boots should have wireless on. To get into BIOS settings, either F2, Delete, Spacebar, or Enter should be pressed during boot sequence. Good luck.
