Look and see if the is a gas line coming to unit or electrical wires.. Should only take a few moments.
If you mean LP in description the it is LPG which is propane.

SOURCE: Paloma PTG 74PVN Tankless Water Heater

did you check the filters on the the water valves, i am not exactly sure about your codes that are shoeing but if you could read it and post them, i know on some of the units 76 means there is low water pressure and the filters are behind 2 caps one on each side above the shut off valve take off the caps and remove the screens, clean them and replace them ,, make sure you turn off the water on both side first or you will get wet

SOURCE: what is error code 59 on a noritz tankless water

The 59 code is typically caused by insufficient gas supply to the unit. It can also be caused by obstructed exhaust flow, stuck exhaust damper (located directly on top of the unit's exhaust), insufficient makeup air, or improperly installed venting (i.e. too long or too many elbows).

I would recommend initially checking the incoming gas pressure at the gas connection on the unit. The gas pressure should not drop below 5" water column for a natural gas unit, 8" for a propane system (the unit need to be operating at its maximum output).

SOURCE: My Paloma tankless water heater flashes C2 11 error code

I just had the same problem and I fixed it in about an hour or 2. First shut off the gas, water and power(unplug it) Take off the cover There are about 20 screws above the electrical circuit board. You have to remove all of those screws to remove plate that is covering the burner assembly. The burner assembly has these 3 pins that look like number 7's these are covered with build up and gas can't flow right. That's why you get the c211 error not enough gas. Take a wire brush and gently remove any build up, I also cleaned the thermocoupler which is next to the burners. It looks like a metal pin with a couple of wires coming out of it this was also very dirty. I took a can of air and basically freshened it up It works perfect now. Email me with any Q's at [email protected] Good Luck All that you need is a long phillips screw drive and a drill because its about 25 screws
The burner assembly has 2 screws all the in back underneath the assembly once you remove those 2 the assembly comes out . You don't have to disconnect any wires.

SOURCE: Paloma tankless, gas, water heater, error code C7 76

If you look on the left hand side of the burner control module you'll see 4 capacitors - the capacitors have most likely failed...pretty sure anything code 76 is P/S failure. It may also be covered for manufactures defects. If the cap is blown..the top will be slightly raised as apposed to flat like the other nearby caps - they are called top blow capacitors...the damage should be evident.

SOURCE: richman gas lp tankless hot water heater. used for

I had the same problem with my Paloma a year and a half after installation...contacted Rheem\Paloma\Richman customer service (800-432-8373) and they recommened a local installer in my area. The technican diagnosed the problem as the "flow control valve"; he managed to get Rheem/Paloma to cover the part under warranty...I only had to shell out the money for the install.

How to wire tempra 24 plus

1) Copy following link for wiring tankless electric water heater:
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-wire-Tankless-electric-water-heater.html

2) Look at label on side of unit for total KW

3) Product manual shows 24 Kw or 24,000 watts
24,000 watts divided by 240 volts = 100 amps
So your service panel must be about 250Amp rating to support this tankless electric water heater.
http://waterheatertimer.org/pdf/Tempra_tempra-plus-Tankless-electric-water-heater-manual.pdf

4) Look inside the unit to see how many L1L2 terminals show.
You should have two sets L1L2 terminals
http://waterheatertimer.org/images/Terminals-2-tankless-200.jpg

5) You need TWO 60 amp double pole breakers to supply power to this unit.
This means you need TWO #6 wires from one breaker going to L1L2.
And you need TWO MORE #6 wires from 2nd breaker to other set of L1L2 terminals.

How to start water heater

For tank-type gas water heater, lighting instructions are usually shown on label on front of unit.

Look at label on side of unit for Brand, model and type.
If you have tank or tankless.
If this is new installation or old installation that stopped working.
About how old unit is.
If this is gas or electric.
Then add a comment for possible help.

Where do I find model number or serial number?I turned off main water valve to replace a leaking pipe and now I can't turn on the water heater. How do I do it?

1) You posted under Bosch tankless water heater.
There should be a nameplate on front of unit or located where you can see it.
http://www.boschhotwater.com/HelpfulResources/TechnicalSupport/BoschAquaStarModels/2400ESTechSupport/Troubleshooting/tabid/1295/Default.aspx

Bosch problems at Fixya:

Bosch has online tech support form:
http://forms.boschhotwater.com/Home/BoschTechSupportForm/tabid/614/Default.aspx

2) Replacing water valve probably loosened build-up inside pipe that lodged in water heater or inside elbow just beneath tankless unit.
If water flow is stopped or slowed, tankless will not operate.

3) Remove pipes and see if clog can be flushed.

4) Also U-tupe search "delime tankless water heater" and technique used for deliming will be good way to clear out tankless clog and sediment.
Your tankless should be delimed each year anyway.

5) Read your manual cover to cover, and see words 'troubleshoot' and 'maintenance' are used throughout manual. Get acquainted with your water heater and manual, because tankless are maintenance heavy, especially if conditions are not optimal and as unit ages.

6) All costs are energy. Install tank type water heater for ez do-it-yourself repairs and maintenance.
Tank type work under all types of adverse conditions and water pressures and water conditions, and even withstand sediment build-up for several years. Of course tank-type pipes can clog too.

Sounds like you may have the wrong type gas going to this? Is this an LP gas or natural gas unit? will say on label. Natural gas units run only on natural gas ditto for LP. Could be issue with manifold pressure settings. Could be obstruction in exchanger or vent. Have a authorized technician check over
