SOURCE: Currys essential dishwasher CID45B13 turns on but wash cycle programme buttons will not select / work.

Hi , it sounds like your panel that the buttons push onto is needing looked at sometimes they just need a clean. If you don't know how to do this with the power off and stripping the unit down then i advise you to have it repaired or claim under warranty if it is still in warranty.

Diplomat intergrated dishwasher error code FA

FA is a problem with the tubidity sensor. By holding down the power button, it stops, but just repeats everytime you try a new wash cycle. So keep doing it and you can atleast use it. If you want to go one step further and find a permanent solution try feeling around in the sump (where the filter slots in) being careful for any broken glass. Other than that it will probably be a strip-down job to examine the internal hoses and the pump; not a DIY job to be honest.

My Smeg dishwasher DWF 64 SSE won't go onto rinse or dry

Easy one first try this to see if it helps

Water pre-heating
Your dishwasher may pre-heat the water. If so, and if the water entering the dishwasher is cool, the heater may take up to half an hour to heat the water.

To avoid the wait, increase the incoming water temperature before turning on the dishwasher. Do that by running the kitchen sink faucet until the water runs hot. Or increase the temperature of the hot water to the entire house at the hot water heater.

Warning! To lessen the risk of scalding, don't set the hot water heater temperature higher than 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
