Unlock Your Cellphone Use Any Network in The World
Apply for unlock code and get the unlock code direct on your mail
If it is ATT wifi, it may not recognize anything but ATT.
In any case though, you will have to clear all traces of the ATT phone out of the WIFI memory.
You may not be a new user, but your phone is new to the system since it has been internally altered. (unlocked)
If any of the old ID numbers have been left in the phone or the WIFI network, the system will recognize them and not let you in. ( It has to be smarter than hackers or you would be the only one in town paying for service,)

Well sorry but at the moment nobody support that series of phone, perhaps it will be covered in a while, i suggest that you just keep searching over time to come and see if it will become supported?
SOURCE: O2 wifi hotspots not working
The dns info is provided via DHCP which is given out by the hotspot. You may want to A) try and simply reboot the phone and B) go into your settings > wireless and press and hold on the hotspot SSID (wireless name) and forget it. Then re-connect. Otherwise I would say it's an issue with the hotspot.
