1 )Does the problem occur while working with PDF files? Because PDF files will have lot of compression and printer might finds it difficult to produce clear printouts.
2) If the issue is not with the file format then he problem might have occurred due to the driver issue. I recommend you to uninstall the printer driver and remove all the junk files from the system memory.
3) Download the latest driver software and install it on your computer. Check if the printer is able to print properly without agitation.
Call to the customer support @ 1-866-293-9220 to resolve the issue.

It sounds like compression has been applied to the PDF.
Are you using the PCL or PS driver?
Is it a 350 or a C350/Fiery. How are you able to see the finsihed size of the file when printed?
If it is a Fiery, try importin g the file directly to identify if it is a software/driver issue.

there are two ways you can rea\set the ip address you can press utility counter administrator password is 12345678 the go to network ip address and you can chane it there if you know the ip address you can browse to the machine and log in as administrator and go to network and reset there
