M trying to reset my password on Showmax, they have asked me 20 times for my emails address I keep typing the email address in and then again they aske for my email .... what is going on

Initially when you created this Google Account, it should have asked for an alternative email account, in case if you fell in the situation which you are in right now.
1) Go to the login page and type in your email address
2) Just below the Sign In button, there is an option that says "Need help?"

4) Select "I don't know my password"
5) Next option - Type in your email address that you used when
setting up this email address
6) Now go through the wizard and you all done to receive an email

Try to go into your account and ask for a new password and type in your email address when they ask for it and they will send you a new password that will allow you to get back in to your email from there you can change your password again. There will be a link in your email that you click on and it will take you strait to your account where you then have to type in the temporary password Hope this helps.

Im not sure how long ago you asked for the email to be sent but it generally takes up to 20 minutes to receive the email. If you have waited for 30 minutes or more then try and resend it again, otherwise contact the playstation technical support via their website.

Hi, Resetting password in Hotmail is a little tricky. Here are the steps that you can do:

• Go to the Windows Live Hotmail Reset password page
• Type the Email address that you want to reset
• Carefully type the captcha characters on the box
• Click next or continue
• Answer the account information and answer the secret question.
• Click continue.
• (IT would be advisable to change your password periodically to avoid issues with the password.)
• If Hotmail still log you into your account automatically and you want to change your (forgotten) password, click Send yourself a password reset e-mail message. and click Send Message.
• If you have provided an alternate email (try creating a temporary alternate email address to retrieve the email to reset your password) for your Windows Live Hotmail account, you can also send the password reset email to that address. • IT will ask some information about your location (in case your out of the country) and update the secret question and secret answer. and continue.

Some times this problems happens when you sign on with another computer but you for get to sign the computer off so you look like you are still signed on and then it will not let you sign on, After some time it will sign you off it's self but it takes time that you have to wait.
