Make your son undo what he did. Or better yet take some time, google search to download the manual familiarize yourself with the functions of your stereo and (most likely unpair phone or some mute setting).

You didn't mention which iPhone model it's paired with, but here are two things you could try:
- erase the Apps on you watch and on your iPhone, and reinstall them.
- using your web browser (Safari), search for "how reset your Apple Watch 3"
It may be your back up batteries are dead or not enough POWER to run the stereo. Try gunning a smaller radio and if that runs you will need to check back up inverters and batteries.

No such thing as unpairing, remember that not all bluetooth devices are compatible. A complete list of phones that are compatible are located on motorola's website, under consumer products, bluetooth. BTW, if you don't know the pin to pair the devices is 0000
