I use Crazy Glue because it is very thin, so it allows the parts to come together completely. Practice getting the parts to fit together perfectly before glueing. Don't use too much because it may spread out wildly as the parts are put together.
Extend the extension so you are able to look at the underside of the mounting flange. You will see at least three screws requiring a slot type screw driver. Loosen these screw so the head just protrudes from the flange, make sure the head is locked in a position and unscrew it from the center mounting stud. Left to loosen and right tightens.
You can try blowing warm air on it using a hair dryer set on LOW.
Apparently the seal has gone bad. You must return these to a reputable optics repair location to get the seal fixed and nitrogen pumped inside the tube.

They would need to be sent to Swarovski in Absam, Austria for repair.
Swarovski have a lifetime guarantee on all of their binoculars, it's a matter of you getting it to them to effect the repair. www.swarovskioptik.com.at
Your Swarovskis should be under warranty and need to be repaired by Swarovski. If its not under warranty they still should go to Swarovski. Unfortunately not a quick fix but the only way to go with optics of this calibre.
