I brought my 2006 H3 in to the dealer for the same thing. My blower stopped working all together but it started as an intermittent problem. He said he had to replaced a diode or resistor either behind the switch on the dash that controls the fan or on the fan motor itself. Have not had a problem since but that was only about 4 months ago.

1st you should have it inspected to make shure the compressor is turning, if its not turning all the kits to charge come with instructions. 2nd if its really low u have a leak and need to get it fixed- as if u keep filling a leaking system this is considered a voulantary relase of freon into the atmosphere and is against the law
