After replacing the transfer belt did you go to service mode and reset the counter for new transfer belt under new release?

Go to service mode, counters, will see a button on top of the screen that says new release touch select transfer belt then open the big front door and press start button. then log out of service mode

there is no image transfer belt on a Bizhub 350. there is one on a C350?????????????????

Replace the developer check also check that the developer unit might need to be replaced or the ATDC (Automatic Toner Density Control) Sensor.

Check the transfer belt unit contact and that of high voltage board for connection and clean or correct the contact.
Change the image transfer belt unit.
Clean the sensor windows on the transfer belt unit.

sec. after the 1st Image Transfer Pressure/
Retraction Motor has started turning during a
sequence of the Transfer Belt's retracting motion.

An abnormal average value is detected during an adjustment of the second image transfer ATVC value.
