if your talking about the Sears Roadtalker 40 am only model I got ya covered...its the same pinout as the radio shack 5 pin dins...here is the order
Pin 1 = GND
Pin 2 = Not Connected
Pin 3 = transmit
Pin 4 = Audio
Pin 5 = Recieve
