The is no waste container on Phaser 6500. There is a "waste collection box" in every toner cartridge and the waste toner is discarded along with the empty cartridge. The is also a waste toner reservoir on the transfer belt and this one will be replaced along with the transfer belt.

If there is an error message saying, for example, "Waste Full Cyan Cartridge", it means the waste toner counter reached the replacement value for that color and you have to replace the corresponding cartridge. But the waste collection box is not really full.

E000019-0000 indicates that the Waste Toner container is full.

That machine does not have a waste toner container like the xerox phaser 7400. What it does is all the waste toner is cleaned at the IBT belt. If you remove your IBT belt part number 016-2000-00 you will see there is a plastic container at the end and that is where the wast toner is.

Remove Cyan Cartridge. Trun Off the Machine.
Now Insert Cartridge, make it properly inserted.
Trun On the Machine And The Error Is Gone......

Here's what I did.

Emptied the waste toner cartridge. Left it out of the machine. Held the microswitch (located to the right of the optical sensors) in the "cartridge in" position with a paperclip. Printed one document. Inserted the waste toner cartridge. Error now gone!

The waste motor error usually occurs because the printer is run without the waste toner cartridge and the port where the waste toner exits is clogged. It can be a really messy job, but you can do it yourself.

Open the front cover where the waste toner cartridge is and remove the cartridge. There are two ports where the waste toner exits the printer and one or both are clogged. You will need to take the port covers off by removing the screws holding them on, but don't do both at once. In fact, before removing either, you will want to put down some paper towels to catch all the toner that you will unclog.

Remove one cover and the diaphram and tap the port with the handle of the screw driver. toner should begin coming out of the port. Cycle the printer on and you will begin to see more waste toner coming out.
You may hear a clicking noise. When you do, start tapping the port again with the screw driver. Keep doing this until no more toner comes out the port. When finished with that port, do the same on the other. It makes a huge mess, but the whole procedure takes about 15 minutes from start to cleanup.
