We do not have drivers here.

If you didn't install the driver of the USB record player, it won't pick up all but the basic functions of the unit. try upgrading the driver of the LP usb player.

Down load Audacity software, that will run it.

I will need more info on your PC setup to be able to help you.

If you are using more than one USB devices at a time - especially on the same USB physical port (through a hub, say), then there may be insufficient power for the device. If you unplug the device and plug it back in again (preferably on a physical port to itself), if the device is working ok, windows should pick it up and search/ask you for appropriate drivers or manufacturers disk.
Btw give the device at least 10 seconds after unplugging it before plugging it back in again.

However one of the manuals indicate Roxio may provide updates for photosuite. No assurances there are that either link to provided software is applicable to your version however generally updaters will not update the incorrect software. There is also no notation that these are or are not Vista Compatible.
