You should have just replaced the TV instead of guessing on what is wrong, now you are out a wad of cash and your valuable time and have a nice big paper weight.

You need to do some more diagnosing of the problem. If you get sound and change channels take a bright flashlight and place it again the screen. Look for an image around the edge of the flashlight.
If you see an image that means the LCD controller board (TCON) is probably good.
The problem is probably one of three causes;
1) Inverter board is bad
2) CCFT (cold cathode fluorescent light) are bad.
3) Power to the inverter board is bad. You can also check the connectors.

Disconnect the LVDS Cable that runs from the small signal board to the display panel and apply power,if the screen comes on,the Small signal board (aka Scaler Bd ) is the faulty board. other than that,all that's really left that has gone bad for me is the logic board.

The cheapest option is to replace the transistors (a quick check on google will tell you how much they are). If they are common transistors you will be able to find them and get them quicker then searching for a board that could be no longer being made.

Yes based on your testing it appears that the power supply is at fault solely and you can opt to attempt a repair or replace it altogether. Unfortunately you will not be certain that the main board does not also need to be replaced until you have repaired the power supply.

Looks like it switched in a safety protection mode could be a failure too high or wrong power somewhere. try to manipuilate fcc connectors /sheets if there is something faultering active components some bad solderings to find some broken fuse resistors .
Looks like it switched to a safety protection mode it could be a failure by a too high or wrong powersource or connector problems somewhere to find on test points. (but an service manual is neccesary) and some knowledge of failure search.
