It has to do with something overheating. Maybe your unit is covered...

The DC jack in the laptop is the most likely trouble, first! remove main battery and power supply from the computer, now press and hold power for 2 minutes to drain off residual voltage, next plug everything back in and attempt startup, if no change! computer must be dismantled down to the motherboard to address.

my crofton food dehydrator just stopped working after the 3rd use. I bought it from Aldi and since I lost the receipt they said they will refund me if I mail the whole thing to them which means I will end up paying more than what they will refund me. Any idea of how I can get repaired. Mine had no power switch and the manual doesn't state what problems might occur.
