Your player is a rebadged Perception Digital PD-6050. The user manual and firmware are here http://www.perceptiondigital.com/?en-download.html When I had problems, I re-flashed the firmware and it fixed it.

SOURCE: Canon pixma all in one mp500 error code 6A00

6A00 is a problem with the sheet feed unit.
Manually move the print head left and right, and turn the printer on/off. I would also inspect the rollers for ANY debris... it can often be fixed by using "canned air" and blowing the interior out completely.

1> Power off: Press & hold On/Off button (or unplug if not responding)
Wait 10 seconds before pressing On/Off and allow unit to cycle.

Canon mp600r won't turn on

Try to unplug the printer wait for 120 seconds and plug it back into the wall for power. Make sure that the power cord is plugged firmly on both ends, at times they become loose, very common. If this does not work please explain when was the last time it worked and anything else that could help to resolve the issue. Thanks
