At any electronic part store , you could take a picture of the power jack in the rear of your equipment and ask for a AC power cable with the following characteristics:

-Power Supply AC In 100~240V 50/60Hz
-Consumption Working 60W(Max), Standby 2.5W

My Creature II speakers still work however the big subwoffer isnt working. I think it is probably just the cord but is there a way I can be sure

Which cord are you thinking of? If you look at the subwoofer there are 4 cords. One to the left tweeter, one to the right tweeter, one to the computer and one to the power.
  1. As both the tweeters are woring then those 2 cords are OK.
  2. As both tweeters are working then the cord to the computer is OK.
  3. As both tweeters are working then the cord to the power is OK.
  4. Therefore it is not 'just the cord.'
What I would suggest is checking that the sub has not been turned down - one of the silver posts on the sub. If that is not the case and you cannot turn the sub volume up then I suggest that you replace the system. They probably cost more to repair than to buy new.

Looking for a replacement electrical cord (power cord) for a 1988 Tefal Wafal Maker and Griddle. Any suggestions about where to go.

A lot of kitchen appliances use a removable power cord with a standard connector.
Try your local electrical store and they may be able to help you.

Player will not turn on doesn't look like it is charging. Could the power cord be defective?

Hello,

I wound first suggest you get a similar power cord to charge your mp3 player before concluding that the power cord is bad, if the similar power cord did not charge your mp3 as well, then, it means the power cord is defective. you can now go ahead to get a replacement for the power cord.

Take care.

Stopped working...is it a fuse wrapped around the power cord that could be faulty?

no that is a graphite ferrol just to cut down noise it may receive from other devices. check the voltage with a meter on the power supply. If it plugs direct into a/c from the wall, the power board is most likely bad in printer. then it's a throw away.

Power cord

Depends, do you need just the cord, or the entire adapter? I suggest looking here:

19' Westinghouse Monitor - Intermitent come on.

The problem is either with the power cord itself (especially if it is connected to the monitor such that it stays bent all the time), or the problem might be with the socket into which the power cord plugs in the monitor. The solder joints fixing the power socket to the circuit board & connecting the power terminals to the circuitry usually tend to get loose after some period of usage either due to mechanical stress while connecting/disconnecting the power cord to/from the socket, or due to high currents passing through these joints continuously.
My suggestion is to test with a power cord which is known to work without problems. If this did not fix the problem, then the monitor will need service (monitor needs to be disassembled to a degree that permits re-soldering of the power socket's terminals to the circuit board).

I only have the mini tower - need appropriate cabes, cords, etc.

First, I suggest finding a monitor first as some have an 'attached' monitor cable and some don't. (No use buing a $15.00 cord you don't need) As far as a mouse goes, believe it or not, I've found the best prices for a good mouse at Home Depot and Publix Supermarkets. E-bay and Amazon.com always have great prices on most any cord.
All PC power cords I've ever seen are the same (about $11.00 at any Staples, CompUSA, Best Buy, etc.), They are will only fit PC's and VGA (old-style) monitors.
Any monitor should work just fine. For used I'd suggest craigslist.com and for a new LCD you probably can't beat tigerdirect.com (new owner's of CompUSA).
Any mouse & keyboard will work also. Good Luck!

Looking for power cord

That isn't a 'power cord' but rather an adaptor since it supplies DC power from an AC source.
Since you did not include the brand name and model of the monitor, you won't get much help here. I suggest you find that information and then go directly to the manufacturer's website to look for a replacement.
