If ur xbox is modded and you got caught (like me) and ur banned off XBL theres nothing you can do about it, if ur console has never been opened or modified call 18004MYXBOX and tell them about your problem
P.S if you have a warranty on it just towel trick it till it gives red rings then call them to send ur old one in and get a new one

you should be able to either call xbox or email them the problem and they will be able to help you, you just bought the 3 month subscription I believe and if it isn't working, then it is there problem, that you need them to fix, maybe give you a different code

late tonight or early tomorrow. There is maintenance being done on the
servers.
If you tried it any other day then yesterday or today and it still won't connect then there is a good chance it's banned. Once a console is banned the only way to un-ban it would be by replacing a chip on the motherboard from a different XBox 360.

Guys - here's the deal. doesn't matter what your parental settings are. If you used your birthday day when creating your xbox live gamer profile, which can't be changed even by microsoft xbox live support, and your under 18, then your out of luck. Call xbox live supports 800 number and explain the problem. you will eventually talk to a supervisor and they will offer a 6 month free subscription to xbox live which you use to create a new profile (with an adults date of birth). You can use your old profile for other game until it runs out, then let it expire.
