Unfortunately there is nothing on AEG Oven wiring and no Service Manual.

8.5 Activating and deactivating
1. Press button "2" to activate the oven.
2. Repeatedly press button "3" to select the top or main oven.

In order to help you turn on the oven you will need the oven manual. But as you have not provided the model number it is hard to advise which manual applies. My oven AEG Competence Pyrolitic, door locked itself...now is locked and appears SAFE ou Lok or error F101..

We never use pyrolitic system or ever locked the oven door..

Could you tell me how do you resolved?

Is the digital clock/timer set correctly? Sometimes after a powercut I have to reset this to get the oven controls back into manual mode. Follow this link to the user guide for your oven and have a read. You need to reset the timer to manual from auto , that is why your oven won't come on.
Refer to your user manual on how to do this.I can't tell you how as the sequence differs from model to model.
