Need the Remote control code for Polaroid TLX-04240B LCD Flat Panel for use with new Soft-Touch 6-in-1 remote control. Not in TV manual and TV not listed on remote list that comes with the remote. Bought TV yesterday, and remote today!

I got the 42" Polaroid HDTV from Walmart (on Black Friday) and was able to link it to my Tivo remote using the Mitsubishi setting and code 0001.
1. Tivo Central
2. Settings
3. Remote Control
4. Part 1 and then Part 3
I use it to Power On/Off and Volume control.
Today is dec 25th. Got a Sony Remote Commander RM-V310. I used the Mitsubishi component code and it worked!!
Can't hurt to try YOUR Mitsubishi codes...

I found some documentation for my TV. I have the same model and there was a card listing the control codes. It says to try 0178, 627 or 659. Good luck!
Can the remote do a code search? I had to do that with my Tivo remote to control my new Polaroid.
