This doesn't appear to be a General Electric (GE) machine and looks to be an Arabian machine. We are in North America. This link might work better for you in your county.
one earlier suggestion was to shut off electricity to machine for 20 minutes. eg. un plug it if you can.comment was - machine may reset itself and work.
Run the machine empty to see if you can clear some of the soap residue, E-4 is "suds lock" error and is usually due to using too much detergent. Switch to powdered detergent and only use about a tablespoon full per load
