Had to dig deep to find this answer.
lenovo has no service manual in the USA support site
but I see others do have it, in other countries.
i found 95 page with parts list and no coin cell mentioned
no COIN cell listed PERIOD.
so i try to buy your mobo and low and behold
it is soldered down (sucks no?) but would not stop me....
seen here lower right side, clear as day.
My wild guess, keyboard out you see left side, "Q:" key side.
I think rear is bottom here. see? jacks are right on PC.
on some PCs, the battery is even rechargeable.
id read the words and numbers on the battery first
and make sure it, is or not that.
this PC is 8 year old , i think
OP does this help, I can't zoom my eyes to that spot, and see maker and model # of said solder down battery, if I could I could wax way smarter, .
some are chargeable.
if you put in a non rechargeable here (if is chargeable)
then the new battery will rupture and leak chems.
ok. the first thing to do is ID that battery fully.

Batteries are located on the motherboard.
It's a round battery a bit bigger than a watch battery
SOURCE: wheres the lenovo y530 cmos battery located?
It is located below the Hard Disk. There is a black sheet below the harddisk which is pasted. Remove the black sheet ( Dont worry You could re paste it back ) .
SOURCE: lenovo G470 the power is on but no display
So Power is on but no display. Does it look like the laptop booted all the way? Does it look like the laptop is running but there is no display?
If the laptop is running, you hear the fans running, the hard drive running, etc. but the display is black, try the steps below:
Shine a flashlight on the dark screen to see if you barelysee the icons on the desktop. If so, then the LCD Inverter is bad.
Plug in an external monitor and see if the display shows up on it. It can beany kind of monitor even the old big fat crt monitors as long as it has a vgacable to connect to your computer's vga port. If so that proves yourvideo card is ok. The video will show on most systems when you rebootwithout you having to do anything. Some systems will require you to hit the FN(Function key) + F1 thru F12. Hold down the FN key then hit the correctkey for displaying on the monitor (F1 thru F12). The correct key willnormally have CRT/LCD on it or it will have the icon of a display.
If you see no icons by shinning a flash light and the external monitor works, then your screen is bad. If you see no icons by shinning the flash lightand nothing shows on the external monitor, then most likely your video card isbad.
SOURCE: mouse doesn't work. touchpad works fine. lenovo G470
LOL, go into the mouse and touch pad properties and make sure you don't have the mouse disabled or blocked.
Does the point work from the touchpad when you have the usb mouse plugged in? If not you have the mouse pointer disabled. There might be a button at the top of the touch pad in the middle that you press to toggle the mouse pointer. There could also be a set of keystrokes you hit to toggle the mouse. For example I just worked on one last week where you had to Press and Hold the Alt key then hit the F6 key. Function Key F6 had the icon of a finger inside a square which represented the touchpad.
Click Start/Control Panel and look at the mouse and touchpad properties. There may be settings where you can disable one if the other is present.

It should be on your motherboard. You have to carefully disassemble you lap top .. Removing all Usb,Battery, and external connections.
U need a small screw driver to take it apart.
