I had the same problem and I had to ask my wife. You must first select the cook time (button on left). The more time you select, the higher the mode (warm, medium, high). Then you turn the unit on. I guess the unit calculates which mode based on the amount of time you select in step one.

Not nearly as intuitive as it should be.

If timing does not allow the recipe to be cooked on low for as long as required, the slow cooker can be turned up to high and the cooking time reduced. Convert cooking time by using a ratio of 2 hours of cooking on low as being equal to 1 hour of cooking on high.

How to I get the pot to stay on

Pour 2 - 3glass of water into the cooker and keep the pot inside the cooker and add the items you want to cook switch the stove the water starts to boil add the items and start cooking ...don't forget to cover the top part of the cooker :)

E01 code shows on screen. How do I erase this code if possible

Hold cook button in while plugging-in powercord . You might have to quickly hit the select button. If if doen't work the first time keep trying.

Slow cooker turns on but doesn't cook

sounds daft but try changing the fuse in the plug. if this not the case could be the element and time for a new one!
